Write a Xiaohongshu note from a clear brief
Connect the reader, the evidence and the image sequence before preparing a submission.
Define one reader and one useful takeaway
State who the note is for, what situation they are in and what they should understand after reading. Add verified product details, your source materials and the tone you want. Separate personal experience from information supplied by a brand.
If you have not used the product, do not ask for a first-person review that implies you have. A product introduction, selection checklist or explanation may fit the evidence better.
Ask for structure before polishing the sentences
Example brief: Draft a Xiaohongshu note for people arranging a small home desk. Use my photos and the dimensions in the product sheet. Offer three title directions, a short opening, three practical points and a question for readers. Mark anything that needs confirmation; do not invent customer feedback.
Choose the direction that matches your account, then ask for a complete draft. Keep the cover promise and the body aligned: the note should actually answer the question raised by its headline.
Review the note and image order together
- Check names, dimensions, prices, dates and all claims against your source materials. Remove details you cannot verify.
- Read the opening without the cover. Make sure the reader can understand the topic and why it matters.
- Put the images in the intended order and verify that each paragraph refers to the right image or detail.
- Remove repeated selling points, unclear promises and unrelated tags. Keep the language consistent with the account.
Treat submission as a separate decision
Save the approved text and final image list. If you want ArrayDesk to submit them, check that the relevant plugin and account authorization are available, then confirm the intended account and operation.
A platform acceptance result means submitted. It does not prove public visibility. If the result is unknown, check the account or content list before considering another submission to avoid duplicates.
