ArrayDesk questions, answered

What to prepare, where your work lives, and what happens when a task needs attention.

How do I start my first task?

Download the version offered for your computer, install ArrayDesk and sign in with your ArrayDesk account. Choose a workspace for the task and add the product photos, notes or other materials you want to use.

Start with a small request: describe your audience, the content you need and the facts that must stay unchanged. Ask for a draft first, review it, then request the next step.

Do I need to connect a social account?

A local content draft can start from the materials you provide. Reading account information or submitting content requires the relevant plugin, a connected account and the permissions required for that action.

Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to operate. Check the selected account before an external action, especially when working for more than one client.

Which platforms and computers are supported?

Xiaohongshu is the first supported social platform. Use the download section on the home page to see the currently available desktop installers. Available account actions depend on the installed plugin and account authorization.

Are conversations backed up to the cloud?

No. Conversations and working files stay on your device, so losing the device or its local data can also mean losing that work. Content needed for an active model, generation or platform request is sent to the selected service under its terms.

Generated images may use a private temporary delivery handoff for up to 24 hours. Save and check your final files locally; this handoff is not a cloud backup of your conversation.

How do charges work?

You use prepaid Platform Token credits in your ArrayDesk account. They are billing credits, not a one-to-one count of model tokens. Prices depend on the model or generation service and the usage recorded for the request.

Check the current price and balance before starting. If a request has an uncertain outcome, review its status and usage record before repeating it; an interrupted response does not by itself prove that no work or charge occurred.

A task stopped or says unknown. What now?

Read the latest result in the conversation. A failure before submission and an unknown result after submission need different next steps. Unknown does not mean the operation failed.

  1. For an account or permission error, check the connected account and the requested authorization before continuing.
  2. For an uncertain submission, inspect the account or content list to look for the existing result before considering another submission.
  3. For a content revision, state the exact file or version to change and keep the parts you already approved.
